The Wii U is not making any large society changes like Apple. Nintendo is just trying to make ends meet and come up with the next new thing. After starting the Wii trend, they believe that they can do whatever they want and people will buy their products. This is not true in our society. We buy the newest and the best things. We want products that meet our everyday experiences and are fun. After playing the Wii, it loses its charm. New things came out like the Kinect where a controller wasn't even needed. Nintendo does not understand the wants of American people, only the Japanese.

ReplyDeleteYou stated that we buy the newest items. I agree because everyone is trying to one up everyone else and get the new things. When the iPhone 5 came out, everybody wanted it because it was the new thing. We always have to keep getting newer and better things.

I agree because when the wii first came out many people went and got it just because it was new, so when they made the wii u they thought because it was new people would buy it. Sadly though they were wrong the only way they could save nintendo is if they started making a bunch of great console only games.

Apple is definitely popular.
